Company Overview
Altea group provides coaching and facilitation services within corporate settings to awaken leaders to their highest potential of personal impact. Through supportive guidance, Altea Group helps transform bold dreams and vision into real value. Altea Group’s mission is to influence a global culture of Mindful Leadership that is transparent, intentional, and compassionate.
Having a strong growth mindset, Altea Group understood the importance of developing a unique positioning for its brand. As the lead designer, I contributed to the development of the Altea Group brand to intentionally evoke mindfulness and motivation to achieve any goal. In order to stand out against their competitors sites, we used natural landscapes to evoke the message of mindful methods used in the workplace. Photography shows individuals on mountain tops and overlooking landscapes, portraying a sense of success and accomplishment. Using iconography to engage our audience, we broke down the Altea Group process making it clear how they work with their clients. With plenty of white space to balance out the content, we created a tranquil, yet strong brand that represents Altea’s unique approach to coaching.

With a company method in place, we created an authentic and distinctive brand identity that represents Altea Group’s mission, vision, and belief. The rebranding initiatives paired with a new responsive website added up to an authentic representation of who Altea Group is.
